FAQ 1. When will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday - Friday.


FAQ 2. Where is my order shipped from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in California.

FAQ 3. What is expected time of delivery?
Orders ship within 24 hours and standard shipping is either USPS or UPS ground which estimates 5 days for transit time from the day the order ships. Junk Underjeans can not be responsible for any issues that arise with delivery failures due to incorrect address information such as missing street address or zip code, or for any reason that USPS or UPS advises that a package is undeliverable.

FAQ 4. Will I be notified of my order status?
Yes, You will be notified by email as to the status of your order as it gets processed and ships if you provide an email address at the time of check out.

FAQ 5. If I purchase more than one pair will they be shipped separately?
All items ordered in the same shopping cart from our web site will ship together in the same package at the same time.

FAQ 6. How do your sizes run?
We have a size chart that is listed on every product page so you can see what would fit you appropriately by style at the time you are selecting a style. Typically ‘fashion’ underwear, based on fitting for a sexier look, tends to run half a size smaller than standard discount store 3-pack underwear. Many of our customers buy our underwear exclusively and for daily wear and our suggestion is to buy one size larger for all day comfort. Ex: If you are a size Medium then you should purchase a size Large for extended wear comfort. We accept unworn returned underwear but customers are responsible for return shipping. Please see our return policy for all of our return information.

FAQ 7. What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
Junk Underjeans accepts conditional returns standard to the underwear industry and online purchase standards with the satisfaction of the customer in mind. Please see our return policy for extended details.

FAQ 8. Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time but all of our available products are shown and available online.

FAQ 9. Do you also sell wholesale?

FAQ 10. Is there someone to contact if I have any questions about a product or my order?

FAQ 11. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Presently our shopping cart is not set up to be able to ship outside of the United States though we do list our retailers who are based in the U.S. as well as other countries who have online websites. Please see the list of additional online retailers on our locations page.

FAQ 12. Is my information secure, how do you protect my privacy?
Your information is secure! We use Ultra Cart for the most secure online shopping transactions. We never store credit card information on our computers so even if someone could get into our computers they wouldn’t find anything. We do not share any personal information that we receive on our website, your email address, mailing address and all other information is kept private.
